1. ❤️ Blood-pressure support
This is one of the most significant aspects of the formula because it contains Rauwolfia serpentina (Sarpagandha).
Rauwolfia contains alkaloids such as reserpine, which have genuine blood-pressure-lowering pharmacological activity. Clinical trials of reserpine have demonstrated reductions in systolic blood pressure. (PubMed Central (PMC))
Garlic can also contribute modestly to blood-pressure reduction. Recent meta-analysis data found reductions in both systolic and diastolic BP with garlic supplementation. (PubMed)
So the formula has a plausible BP-supporting direction.
But there is a major caveat:
This juice should NOT be presented as a replacement for prescribed BP medicine.
And because Rauwolfia is pharmacologically active, people already taking antihypertensive medication should be particularly careful.
2. 🩸 Cholesterol & lipid support
The formula has several ingredients pointing in this direction:
Garlic + Cinnamon + Arjuna
Garlic supplementation has been associated with modest reductions in total cholesterol, LDL and triglycerides in clinical research. (PubMed)
Cinnamon has also shown reductions in total cholesterol, LDL and triglycerides in several meta-analyses, although results vary considerably between studies and preparations. (PubMed Central (PMC))
Arjuna is traditionally used for cardiovascular conditions. However, the clinical evidence is mixed; a recent 2026 systematic review found some potentially favorable cardiovascular effects but no significant improvement in several important parameters such as LDL and triglycerides. (PubMed)
So I would describe the product as:
“May support healthy cholesterol and cardiovascular health.”
Not:
❌ “Removes cholesterol from the arteries.”
3. ❤️ Heart/cardiovascular support
Terminalia arjuna (Arjuna bark) is the most specifically cardiovascular-oriented Ayurvedic ingredient in this formula.
Research has investigated Arjuna for coronary disease, angina and heart failure. A randomized controlled trial of standardized Arjuna extract in chronic heart failure found that it was well tolerated but did not improve left-ventricular ejection fraction over 12 weeks, although some functional and antioxidant measures improved. (PubMed)
A newer 2026 meta-analysis of nine studies involving 537 patients found a reduction in left-ventricular mass, but the improvement in ejection fraction was not statistically significant. (PubMed)
So:
Potential → cardiovascular/cardiac support
But:
❌ It is not proven to reverse heart failure.
❌ It is not proven to unblock coronary arteries.
❌ It should not replace cardiology treatment.
4. 🛡️ Antioxidant protection
Apple, lemon, garlic, cinnamon and Arjuna all contain various antioxidant compounds.
The purpose here is basically to help reduce oxidative stress and provide nutritional/phytochemical support.
This is a reasonable general-health benefit, but don't turn it into the exaggerated statement:
“It removes all toxins/free radicals from the body.”
That's not scientifically accurate.
5. 🔥 Inflammation support
The formula contains Shallaki (Boswellia serrata) and ginger.
Boswellia has been studied for inflammatory conditions, particularly musculoskeletal and joint-related inflammation. (PubMed)
However, the amount of Shallaki in this formula is only 20 mg per 30 mL, so we cannot assume the clinical effects observed with standardized Boswellia extracts will occur here.
6. 🩸 Blood sugar/metabolic support
Cinnamon is the main ingredient relevant here.
Clinical research has found that cinnamon supplementation can modestly improve fasting glucose and some lipid measures, but results vary and the appropriate dose/preparation isn't firmly established. (PubMed)
Therefore:
Possible → metabolic/glucose support
But absolutely don't tell a diabetic patient:
The most important thing about this formula
If I rank the main intended functions, I'd put them like this:
❤️ 1. Cardiovascular support
Arjuna + Garlic + Rauwolfia
🩸 2. Blood-pressure support
Rauwolfia + Garlic + potentially other ingredients
🧬 3. Cholesterol/lipid support
Garlic + Cinnamon + Arjuna
🔥 4. Antioxidant/anti-inflammatory support
Garlic + Cinnamon + Arjuna + Boswellia + Ginger + fruit ingredients
🍬 5. Metabolic support
Cinnamon + other plant compounds
