🫀 What can this formula potentially do?

1. 🧬 Support normal liver function

This is the main purpose of the formulation.

The combination of Bhumiamla + Bhringraj + Kalmegh + Kutki + Makoy + Kasni + Turmeric gives it a traditional hepatoprotective/antioxidant profile.

However, we need to be careful with the word “liver repair.” There is evidence for individual herbs, but that doesn't prove this exact juice can repair damaged liver tissue.

A good description is:

“Supports normal liver function and provides antioxidant support.”

2. 🛡️ Antioxidant protection

This is one of the strongest overall rationales for the formula.

It contains:

Amla + Bhumiamla + Turmeric + Daruharidra + Bhringraj + Makoy

These plants contain various polyphenols and other compounds with antioxidant activity.

That may help protect cells from oxidative stress, including liver cells.

But don't translate this into:

❌ “It removes all toxins from the liver.”

3. 🍽️ Digestion support

The formula contains several traditional digestive herbs:

  • Amla

  • Harad

  • Mulethi

  • Aloe vera

  • Lemon

  • Punarnava

  • Kasni

These can support digestive comfort and normal gastrointestinal function.

So the label's “Improves Digestion” claim has a reasonable traditional basis.

4. 🩸 May support metabolic/liver health

This is particularly relevant for people with fatty-liver risk factors, such as excess weight, insulin resistance and metabolic problems.

Some individual ingredients have been investigated in fatty-liver research.

For example, a 2025 randomized trial of a combination of Phyllanthus niruri + milk thistle found some reductions in ALT/AST, but the investigators concluded that the hepatoprotective effect still required further study. (PubMed)

And a randomized trial of standardized Phyllanthus niruri in NAFLD used 3,000 mg/day, which is very different from the 500 mg listed in this product. (PubMed)

That's an important distinction: you can't take the result of a 3,000-mg standardized extract study and claim the same effect from 500 mg of this product.

5. 🧪 Bhumiamla — an important ingredient

Bhumiamla (Phyllanthus niruri) is one of the more interesting herbs in the formula.

It has been studied for liver conditions, including hepatitis and fatty liver.

But the human evidence is mixed.

For example, a randomized placebo-controlled trial in chronic hepatitis B found no significant benefit from Phyllanthus niruri and concluded that it did not support using it to treat chronic hepatitis B. (PubMed)

So:

✔ Liver-support rationale
❌ Don't claim it cures hepatitis B.

6. 🧹 What about “detoxification”?

The label says:

“Helps Cleanse and Detoxify”

I'd rephrase that if you're explaining it scientifically.

Your liver already performs detoxification through enzymes and metabolic pathways.

What this formula may do is support normal liver function and antioxidant defenses.

So I'd tell customers:

“It supports the body's natural liver detoxification processes.”

rather than:

❌ “It removes toxins from your liver.”

That's much more accurate.

🧈 7. What about fatty liver?

This is where you need to be particularly honest.

The product label says “Reduces Bad Fat.”

I would not interpret that as proven treatment for fatty liver.

Some ingredients have been studied in NAFLD/MASLD, but the evidence isn't strong enough to say this exact formulation removes liver fat.

Even studies of specific liver supplements such as silymarin have produced mixed results: one randomized NASH trial found some fibrosis-related improvements, while another trial did not find a significant improvement in its primary histological endpoint. (PubMed)

So:

Possible → metabolic/liver support

Not:

❌ “It removes fatty liver.”

For fatty liver, weight management, physical activity, alcohol reduction where relevant, and management of diabetes/lipids are much more important than relying on a herbal juice.
